A deposit of 20% of the total price of your holiday is due on booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If you book within 6 weeks of your arrival then the whole amount is due when you book

If cancellation is necessary because of Covid restrictions then you will receive a full refund

If you cancel 6 weeks or more before the start of your holiday you will receive a full refund

If you cancel within 6 weeks of your holiday start date we will endeavour to secure a replacement booking. If this is at a lower price than you paid we will refund you the full price you paid less half of the reduction due to taking a lower price. If we are unable to relet the holiday then you will be liable for the full cost though we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund.

No use of any drugs including smoking and vaping is permitted in the cottage

We welcome pets and ask that their flea treatment is up to date. They are not permitted in bedrooms and a bottom stair gate is available on request to help with this. We ask that they do not go on furniture but if this is not possible please bring blankets to protect the sofas

Check in is after 4pm and we ask that you leave by 10am on the day of departure

We hope that you will be able to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy manner and report any damage or breakages in the housekeeping log
